This is an appeal against the decision and Order of HHJ Greensmith, sitting in the Family Court, on 8 February 2023. The judge was hearing an appeal from the decision and order of DDJ Hornby dated 22 September 2022 to set aside findings of abuse/exploitation of one of the subject children, as well as findings of a failure to protect her, physical and emotional harm of the child and a risk of the same in respect of her siblings.
