By an Appellant’s Notice filed at this court on 6 February 2024, this is an appeal against the decision of Mrs Justice Arbuthnot sitting in the High Court of Justice Family Division dated 17 January 2024. The applicant mother appeals against the decision to extend the Child Arrangements Order to the child’s 16th birthday.
