By an Appellant’s Notice filed on 5 December 2023, this is an appeal against the decision of HHJ Cronin sitting in the Family Court dated 15 November 2023. The applicant mother, and the father by a separate application, appeal the decision of HHJ Cronin following a fact-finding hearing that the child’s injuries were inflicted by one or both of her parents.
