By an Appellant’s Notice filed on 12 July 2023, this is an application for an extension of time and permission to appeal the decision of HHJ Wicks, sitting in the Family Court, dated 26 June 2023. This is an application by the local authority who appeal the outcome of the fact-finding hearing which limited the basis of the findings on which the court was satisfied that the threshold was crossed under s.31(2) Children Act 1989.
