By Appellant’s Notice filed on 11 September 2023, this is an appeal against the decision of HHJ Harris sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court of Justice, Family Division, dated 24 August 2023. The applicant mother appeals against the findings that an agreement had been reached between the parties, which was enshrined in the court order.
In brief there is a dispute regarding the finding/recitals of the lower court order which indicate that there had been an agreement between the parties regarding the substantive application for the return of the child to the USA pursuant to The Hague Convention 1980.
