By Appellant’s Notice filed on 1 December 2023, the Appellant appeals the committal order of HHJ George dated 24 November 2023, following a hearing on 9 October 2023 ordering Mr Ahmed to 6 weeks imprisonment of which he is to serve half and to pay a fine of £9000 to HMCTS forthwith. The Judge also ordered Landmark Legal LLP to pay HMCTS a fine of £20,000 payable forthwith.
