By Appellants Notice filed 19 August 2022, the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) appeal the decision dated 18 May 2022 of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) (UT).
The UT allowed RI’s appeal against the DBS’s decision dated 25 March 2020 to include RI on the Adults’ Barred List; and directed her name be removed immediately from the Adults’ Barred List.
