By Appellant’s Notice filed on 14 June 2023, the Claimant appeals against the order made by Murray J when he handed down judgement on 5 April 2023 and by order of 24 May 2023 dismissing C’s application challenging assertions of legal professional privilege made by the Defendants.
By his claim C contends that Ds are responsible under UAE law causes of action to compensate him for his mistreatment and that they were prepared to go along with an unlawful campaign of harm involving serious breaches of human rights with the prospect of earning substantial sums from a wealthy client.
