By Appellant’s Notice filed on 10 November 2023, the Claimant appeal against the order made by the Employment Appeals Tribunal sealed on 20 October 2023 dismissing C’s appeal from the Employment Tribunal’s decision.
The ET dismissed C’s claim for unfair dismissal and his claim for disability discrimination. Also dismissed were C’s complaints of harassment related to disability.
