This is the Defendant’s appeal of the order made by Mr Justice Fancourt dated 10th September 2020 in which he gave judgment for the Claimants against the 1st and 2nd Defendants on the issue of trademark infringement and declared the 1st Defendant’s trademark invalid. Permission to appeal was granted by Mr Justice Fancourt on 17th September 2020.
