By Appellant’s Notice filed on 4th April 2022, the Appellant/Claimant appeals, with permission, pursuant to section 69(8) of the Arbitration Act 1996, the Order of Mrs Justice Cockerill dated 18th February 2022 in which she dismissed the Claimant’s appeal on a question of law arising from the GAFTA Board of Appeal’s Amended Awards dated 1st April 2021.
Background – This appeal arises out of two contracts dated 20 January 2017 for the sale of pulses by Viterra to Sharp.
