Financial remedy application/s following divorce.
By Appellants Notice filed 9 June 2022, the Wife appeals the order of Mr Justice Moor dated 27 October 2022 ordering an overall split of 34% to the Wife and 66% to the Husband following applications from each party for financial provision following divorce. Wife says case raises important issues as to when and if assets become “matrimonialised”.
The husband cross-appeals the same order.
