By Appellant’s Notice filed on the 3 August 2023, this is an appeal against the Order of Holgate J. of 14 July 2023 by which he dismissed the Appellant’s judicial review claim and ordered costs in favour of the Respondent.
The Appellant had sought to challenge, under s.118 of the Planning Act 2008, the Secretary of State’s decision of 31 March 2022 to grant development consent to the interested parties to construct and operate two wind farms off the Suffolk coast.
