This is an appeal against the Order of Henshaw J dated 6 March 2023.
The Claimant is a Russian company who engaged the Defendants as offshore and onshore EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractors in relation to the development of the “North-West 2” ammonia and urea production plant in the Russian city of Kingisepp. The relevant EPC contracts between the Claimant and the Defendants (the “Contracts”) are subject to London arbitration agreements.
