This is an appeal against the order of Deputy High Court Judge Ridge sitting in the Administrative and Planning Court dated 10 January 2024.
The Claimant (Tesco Stores) challenged the decision of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council made on 9 November 2022, to grant planning permission to the Interested Party (Lidl) for the erection of a Lidl food store on land at 111 Wellington Road North, Heaton Norris, Stockport SK4 2QH.
Deputy High Court Judge Ridge dismissed the judicial review claim.
