This is an appeal against the Order of Morris J. of 31 August 2022 by which he dismissed the claimant’s judicial review claim and ordered costs in favour of the Defendant.
The Appellant sought to challenge the decision of 10 November 2021 of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to grant planning permission to the interested party to develop the Old Truman Brewery site at Brick Lane and Woodseer Street. It was argued below that the decision was unlawful for three reasons, but only one is pursued here.
