The defendant appeals the order of Mr Timothy Mould KC, sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge dated the 21 February 2022 whereby the defendant’s decision to grant planning permission to the interested party be quashed.
This appeal concerns the grant of outline planning permission for the erection of up to 210 dwellings, means of access, open spaces and associated infrastructure. An application for planning permission was made by the interested parties on 22 July 2019.
The 1st interested party, Bloor Homes Ltd, also appeal the same order.
