By Appellant’s Notice filed on 27 March 2023, the appellant, Tingdene Marinas Ltd, appeal the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) decision dated 20 January 2023, whereby they dismissed the appellant’s appeal.
The appellant had appealed the decision of the First tier Tribunal Property Chamber to require them to enter into an agreement with the respondent pursuant to the Mobile Homes Act 1983 in respect of the respondent’s residential occupation of a houseboat moored in Hartford Marina.
