These are appeals by both parties against the order of Mr Justice Butcher dated 21 November 2022. This appeals arise out of a trial of certain preliminary issues relating to the scope of business interruption cover provided to the Claimant under an insurance policy issued by Allianz in relation to losses suffered as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
