By appellant’s notice filed on 20 December 2022, the Appellant appeals the order of HHJ Glen, sitting in Basingstoke County Court dated 30 November 2022, whereby he dismissed the Appellant’s appeal and made a consequential costs order.
This is a second appeal from a case management decision. The original decision was that of District Judge Stewart dated 18 August 2022, whereby he, inter alia, granted the Claimant’s application to obtain and rely on a report from a pain management expert.
Workplace personal injury claim for damages up to £140,000. C alleged he suffered back injury on/around 29 September 2016 while loading boxes onto a van in the course of his work for the Defendant. C had surgery to his back.
