The Appellant, Persimmon Homes (Thames Valley) Ltd, appeal against the judgment of Mrs Justice Lang, of 1 August 2022, quashing the decision of the Secretary of State’s Inspector dated 22 February 2022. The Inspector allowed the Appellant’s appeal under s78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against the refusal by Worthing BC of its application for outline planning permission for a development of 475 homes and related development.
