The Defendant (D) appeals against a committal order made on 21 September 2023 by HHJ Rawlings sentencing him to one year in prison.
The committal was occasioned by D knowingly breaching an injunction of Soole J dated 14 March 16 relating to land. The contempts concern material changes of use of land contrary to the terms of a planning enforcement notice.
