By Appellant’s Notice filed on the 30 March 2023, the appellant appeals the decision of the Administrative Court dated 23 March 2023, refusing permission to apply for Judicial Review.
The Appellant sought to challenge the Stage 3 Panel’s decision of 04 October 2022 to uphold the Stage 2 panel’s decision to expel the Appellant from university. The Respondent found that the Appellant had sex with another student without her consent. The police had discontinued their investigation into this matter at an early stage. It is said that the Respondent accepted that it had breached its own procedures in the investigation process.
