By appellant’s notice filed on the 28 March 2023, this is an appeal against the Order the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber dated 1 February 2023.
National of Turkey. Refusal of human rights claim made in response to decision to deport. The latter resulted form a conviction for firearms offences and sentence to 5 years and 4 months’ imprisonment. Shortly after the refusal of the human rights claim A also made an asylum claim which was refused. Both were appealed to the FTT.
