The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Burnett of Maldon, talked about The Law and the Media: Maintaining Justice in a live-streamed interview with the Society of Editors.
Speaking to the Society’s executive director Ian Murray, Lord Burnett spoke on a variety of topics including cameras in court, video-access to live hearings and the challenges posed by social media and protecting fair trials.
