Master of the Rolls and Deputy Head of Civil Justice appear at the House of Commons Justice Select Committee

Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls, and Lord Justice Colin Birss, Deputy Head of Civil Justice, have given evidence to the Justice Select Committee’s inquiry into the work of the County Court.
Appearing on Tuesday (18 March 2025), the judges discussed a wide range of issues, including the advantages of digitisation, efforts to reform the courts, judicial recruitment, mediation and the use of artificial intelligence.
