Opening of the Legal Year online seminar: comparative perspectives of international commercial courts
The Bar Council and Law Society, working with the Judicial Office, are holding a free online seminar on Friday (2 October) to mark the opening of the legal year.
Celebrating 125 years of the Commercial Court, the event gives an insight into the comparative perspectives of international commercial courts, including the use of technology and the challenges of remote hearings, reducing costs and delays, and an opportunity to network with other international commercial lawyers.
