This is an appeal against the decision of HHJ Goodrum, sitting in the Family Court , dated 10 January 2022. The applicant mother seeks to appeal the decision to refuse permission for leave to revoke the Placement Order.
The case involves 2 children. A Placement Order was made in February 2021 but the mother had sought the return of the children to her care.
The judge refused the mother’s applications for leave to revoke the Placement Orders and to discharge the Care Orders. The mother’s application for permission to appeal was also refused.
