Guidance on Sorting Out Finances on Divorce: The Family Justice Council Financial Needs Working Group has reviewed and updated it’s guide on Sorting Out Finances on Divorce, last published in 2016. As you can imagine, this has been a significant undertaking for the group and we are very grateful for all the work that has been put in to update the guidance, with particular thanks to HH Philip Waller CBE.
