Circuit Bench Retirement: Anderson
Her Honour Judge Heather Anderson retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 April 2022.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Anderson (67) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978 and called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 2000. She was Chairman of the Child Support Appeal Tribunal from 1993 to 1999, appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1998, a District Judge in 2001 and a Recorder in 2005. She was authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2011 and appointed a Circuit Judge in 2013.
