His Honour Judge Edward Henry Bailey retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 25 May 2019.

His Honour Judge Bailey (70) was called to the Bar (M) in 1970 and elected as a Bencher in 2014. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992, a Recorder in 1997 and a Circuit Judge in 2000.
