His Honour Judge Christopher Harvey Clark QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 21 December 2016.

His Honour Judge Clark QC (70) was called to the Bar (G) in 1969 and took Silk in 1989. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1982 and a Recorder in 1985. He was appointed Chancellor of the Diocese of Winchester in 1993, Portsmouth from 2003 to 2014 (Deputy Chancellor from 1994 to 2003) and Deputy Chancellor of the Diocese of Chichester from 1995 to 2006 and Salisbury from 1997 to 2007. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2005, President of the Dorset Magistrates’ Association from 2007 to 2011, the Resident Judge for Truro Combined Court in 2012 and the Honorary Recorder, City of Truro in 2015.
