Her Honour Judge Ruth Fine retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 22 July 2022.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Fine (64) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982. She was appointed a Part-time Chairman of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal in 1996, a District Chairman of Appeals Tribunals in 1999, a Deputy District Judge in 1999, a District Judge in 2003 and a Recorder in 2004. She was a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2006 to 2019 and appointed a Circuit Judge and Deputy Queen’s Bench Master in 2020.
