Circuit Bench Retirement: Goodin
His Honour Judge David Nigel Goodin retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 January 2021.
Background information
His Honour Judge Goodin (67) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980. He was a Member of the Legal Services Commission from 1995 to 2003, appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1996, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2003. He was the Resident Judge at Ipswich Crown Court from 2009 to 2017.
