Her Honour Judge Helen Mary Hughes retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 25 June 2019.

Her Honour Judge Hughes (69) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974. She was appointed a Recorder in 1995 and a Circuit Judge in 1997. She was appointed the Designated Family Judge for Wolverhampton in 1998.
