Circuit Bench Retirement: Marston
His Honour Judge Nicholas Richard Marston retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 19 December 2020.
Background information
His Honour Judge Marston (68) was called to the Bar (M) in 1975. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 1999, a Circuit Judge in 2005 and a Deputy High Court Judge in 2007. He was the Designated Family Judge for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight from 2008 to 2012 and appointed the Regional Lead Judge for the Court of Protection (South West Region) in 2016.
