Circuit Bench Retirement: Owen QC
His Honour Judge Robert Owen QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 7 October 2019.

His Honour Judge Owen QC (66) was called to the Bar (G) in 1977, took Silk in 1996 and elected a Bencher in 2007. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998 a Recorder in 2000 and a deputy High Court Judge in 2008. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2009 and a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2012.
