Circuit Bench Retirement: Yelton
His Honour Judge Michael Paul Yelton retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 22 April 2020.

His Honour Judge Yelton (70) was called to the Bar (M) in 1972. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992, a Recorder in 1996 and a Circuit Judge in 1998. He was authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2000. He was the Designated Civil Judge, Chelmsford South area, from 2000 to 2007 and appointed a Justice of the Court of Appeal, St Helena, in 2015.
