District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Anthony Paul Carr retires with effect from 3 September 2021.

Background information 

District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Carr (69) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1976. He was appointed an Acting Metropolitan Stipendiary Magistrate (now known as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts)) in 1999 and a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2003.
