Employment Judge Retirement: Davies

Employment Judge Philip Davies retires with effect from 1 May 2021.

Background information 

Employment Judge Davies (66) was called to the Bar (M) in 1978. He was appointed a fee-paid Employment Judge in 1995, a salaried Employment Judge in 2001 and a Recorder in 2002. He was appointed a Legal Chairman of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal and Legal Chairman of the Reinstatement Committees and Umpires Tribunal in 2010.
