The Honourable Sir Paul Hyacinth Morgan retires as a Judge of the High Court (Chancery Division) with effect from 1 October 2021.

Background information 

Sir Paul Morgan (69) was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1975, took Silk in 1992 and was elected a Bencher in 2001. He was appointed a Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Land Tribunal in 1999, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2001 and a High Court Judge (Chancery Division) in 2007. He has been the Chairman of the Land Registration Rule Committee since 2009 and a Chancery Supervising Judge from 2011 to 2014.
