Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Retirement: McClure

Judge John Patrick McClure retired with effect from 8 March 2022. 

Background information 

Judge McClure (70) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1976. He was appointed as an Immigration Adjudicator in 2002 (appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2000). He was appointed a Designated Immigration Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2005.
