Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Retirement: Pooler

Judge Richard John Pooler retired with effect from 16 April 2021. 

Background information 

Judge Pooler (67) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1977. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 1995 and an Immigration Adjudicator (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2003.
