Upper Tribunal Judge Nadine Elizabeth Finch retires with effect from 30 November 2020. 

Background information 

Upper Tribunal Judge Finch (70) was called to the Bar (M) in 1991. She was appointed a fee-paid Immigration Judge (now known as a fee-paid Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2006. She was appointed a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2015.
