Resident Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Retirement: Zucker

Judge David Graham Zucker retires with effect from 1 April 2022. 

Background information 

Judge Zucker (66) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1986. He was appointed a Fee-paid Immigration Judge in 1997, an Immigration Adjudicator in 2001 and an Immigration Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2005. He was appointed a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2010 and a Resident Immigration Judge in 2017. He was appointed a Diversity and Community Relations Judge in 2011.
