Senior Circuit Judge Retirement: McKenna
His Honour Judge Martin Nicholas McKenna retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 10 August 2019.

His Honour Judge McKenna (63) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2000 and a Senior Circuit Judge and Designated Civil Judge, based at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre, in 2008. He was appointed a Member of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee in 2013.
