Senior Circuit Judge Retirement: Molyneux MBE

Her Honour Judge Anne Molyneux MBE retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 6 June 2022.

Background information 

Her Honour Judge Molyneux MBE was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. She was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Member of the Parole Board from 2003 to 2007 and a Circuit Judge in 2007. She was a Diversity and Community Relations Judge from 2009 to 2022 and a Judicial Member of the Parole Board from 2010 to 2019. She was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 2013, an Additional Judge of the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) from 2016 to 2021 and a Senior Circuit Judge in 2017. She was a Director of Serious Sexual Offences at the Judicial College from 2018 to 2021.
