Circuit Bench Retirement: Armstrong
His Honour Judge Peter John Bowden Armstrong retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 June 2020.

His Honour Judge Armstrong (68) was called to the Bar (M) in 1974. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1990, a Recorder in 1994 and a Circuit Judge in 2000.
