His Honour Judge Peter Anthony Stanfield Barrie retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 27 July 2024.
Background information
His Honour Judge Barrie was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1976. He was appointed a Recorder in 1999 and a Circuit Judge in 2010. He served as the Resident Judge at Shrewsbury Crown Court from 2014 to 2024.
