Circuit Bench Retirement: Baucher
Her Honour Judge Heather Anne Baucher retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 February 2026.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Baucher was admitted as a Solicitor in 1986. She was appointed a Member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in 2002, a Recorder in 2004 and a Circuit Judge in 2009. She was a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2018 to 2024 and a Civil Course Director at the Judicial College from 2024 to 2026.
